Netflix account paused

Hi 

Recently moved house and as a result my Netflix account was paused for some reason 🙄 

I see it can be reactivated by receiving a link but I have spoken to customer support 5 times and they don’t know about a link and have escalated my case but this is now day 23 without the service and no confidence it will be resolved any time soon as the scripts the support team are working off doesn’t give them the reactivation link process 🤦🏻‍♂️ If my account wife doesn’t get Netflix soon I think I may be in trouble

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing some trouble with Netflix, and receiving the activation link. This is usually automatically sent after 14 days of your activation, but can sometimes land in your Junk/Spam folder. Have you checked there to see if the redemption email can be found?

Please be aware that the email set for the My VIrgin Media account will be the one that receives the email, rather than the original Netflix account email (if different).
