I have been charged for netflix on my last few bills. I have never signed up for this. I view it on stream but I use my Sons log in who has an account seperate from stream. If this activated the charge then that is ridiculous. What makes the situation worse is that I have "Successfully" cancelled it 3 times only for it to reappear on my bill. I am 66yrs old and now a pensioner please cancel this service and if this multi billion pound company gives even the slighest damn about their customers it would be a great gesture to reimburse me the money you have stolen from Me

Hello Royster58,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your account and Netflix being added to your bill. Have you logged in using the 'Sign in' option not the 'Sign Up'? Please could you ask your son to check his Netflix account, to check if the payment method has changed to Virgin Media?
Kind Regards,

My Son did not sign up to netflix with virgin media, He has had His account for many years and originally signed up via His browser on the Netflix site. I merely use His log in to watch it. This should not be an issue.

Hi Royster58,
Apologies if there was any confusion caused by our previous reply. As you mentioned in your post that you had signed in to your son's account, it sounds as though you've selected the sign up instead of the sign in option. When this is used, it will switch the billing over when logging in to Netflix via your TV box.
You can manage the Netflix subscription and get the account back to being paid separately by logging in to the Netflix account directly and updating the billing method. Virgin Media are not able to directly cancel your subscription with Netflix as cancellation and membership are all dealt with under Netflix’s own terms and conditions. Once this is done, it will take payment via a card as opposed to via Virgin Media.
Many thanks,
