Netflix Account Issues

Since moving home in February of this year our Netflix was disconnected from our virgin media account.

We have raised a complaint about this as for the last 6 months we have had to pay for Netflix on top of our Virgin Media Volt bundle charges. This has still not been resolved.

Has anything else been able to resolve this issue and re-link our Netflix account to our Virgin Media account.

Hey georgiegall, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear this about this.

What happens when you come to here to activate your Netflix account? 

You click on that link and you should see Netflix.

Please remember the Netflix email login has to be the same as your account is registered under, so for example if your private one is using this same email, cancel that account and then try to activate it.
