Hi
I have NETFLIX as part of my 18 month contract (currently 12 months in), I dont use netflix but aparently no one has access to NETFLIX in the house on mobiles or tablets any more.
I rang NETFLIX they said my virgin media account has been compromised. I can go into NETFLIX on the TV but not any of the presonal accounts to watch a channel

We're sorry to hear you're no longer able to access the profiles on your Netflix account. We'll need to get things terminated this end but in order to do that, I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
