I'm facing the same issue, when I click the activation link for my account it tells me the link has expired. When I request a another activation email nothing arrives.

Like many others I can't verify my My Virgin Media account. I got a verification link to my email which was immediately 'expired' when I clicked it. I requested another email multiple and nothing has arrived. 

 

Can you please help verify my account, I need to access support urgently as I'm a new customer who's kit has arrived but is not working.
