We would advise normally when you are moving house to give us as much time as possible so we can get it ready for you on moving day.
We wouldn't be able to speed up the install this is because there could be outside work that may need to be done.
We understand moving out is a very stressful time and we would only want what's best for you.
Is getting it ready on moving day checking the day before that the line actually works?

I'm so sorry to hear that there's been some delays to your service installation, but there's no set timeframe of when a permit is granted and the date/time it's granted for. It's not quite as simple as a set SLA, such as the 3 day timeframe you've mentioned. Apologies.
When did you last speak with the pre-installation team about this and what have they advised?
