Hi, I am moving home soon and will be transferring my VM account to the new address.
Does anyone know what information or documentation VM require to do this, or is it simply stating new address and move date after confirming services available?

There is a message us online chat link on the right hand side of that page (ensure you have pop ups enabled to use that feature. You can also speak to the homemovers team by calling either 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone,
