Move Home Entry Point

Hi there!
I am relatively new to VM and have had the joy of going around and around in the phone system and chatbot when trying to book an engineer today!  It seems unless I have an "issue" there isn't a solution for me to talk to anyone about!!

Anyhooo...

I need to move the entry point into my living room from outside by about 2 metres as we're having a wall taken down.  How do I go about booking an engineer to do this and how quickly can i get it done, as the works are starting in under 2 weeks!

I've seen similar chats on here for others wishing to do the same, but calling VM or using the Chatbot just doesn't work, so I'd appreciate the help on how I can book someone asap!
