Hi, I moved to a non VM area two weeks ago. Prior to this, I spoke to an agent on WhatsApp who told me my services would be disconnected on 10/7,two days after I moved. I have received another bill, covering next month. I contested the WhatsApp people again (because I can't get through on the phone), who said it's 30 days notice tough. I pointed out and sent Screenshots of the conversation where the agent said disconnection will be 10th, but the WhatsApp agent said they needed Screenshots (which I sent, and copied and pasted the conversation), and that there was no record anyone had said it. I cannot afford to pay for a month of TV and broadband I can't use, and especially when I was told it would be disconnected on a particular day. There is no VM in my new area. What can I do to get through to them? I've wasted hours on this, the WhatsApp person has gone off shift and put me back in the queue so I will have to go through it all again. Oh, and I have very patchy signal where I am so the messages are coming in intermittently

We're sorry to hear you've been unable to move the service to your new address and that there's been some conflicting information regarding the disconnection date.
We do require 30 days notice to cancel an account. I'll send you a private message now so I can review the screenshots and we'll look to come to a resolution together.
