Hi, Can someone from VM please help?
I moved home in April and unfortunately VM didn't cover my new area so had to cancel my package.
They said they would waiver the early disconnection fee due to them not covering the area as long as I sent proof of new address I was moving too.
i done this straight away, and had no response, couple weeks went by and i started receiving emails saying i still owed the early disconnection charge, to which I sent numerous emails to the moving department AGAIN for proof of new address for the charge to be waivered.
Few more weeks went by and then started to receive DEBT collection letters and calls! I have phoned VM and spoke to customer service NUMEROUS times to which they said they would cancel the fee their end but still to no avail, and now another DEBT collection company has taken this over and now being harassed again!
I have all emails sent to the correct department going back to April proving move of address as requested and I want the early disconnection fee wavering like promised NUMEORUS times and for ADVANTIS to stop harassing me!
Can someone please help or point me in the next direction?

I HAD EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUE WITH VIRGIN. NOTING they say on the phone is true. They are not to be trusted.
