Moved Billing Date - Bill has More than Doubled

I changed my Billing date, which was previously the 30th to now the 8th. Once this was changed it states that this will start starting the 9th September and that my bill will be £105! My usual bill is only £48.96 so how has this happened?

Changing your Direct Debit date will alter your next payment amount, to bring you in line with your new billing cycle. It'll be shown in the Package charges section of your bill. Going forward after this bill the rest of your payments will then be the usual amount.

Hi @jcsix

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for the bill shock, it shouldn't more than double unless you're missing a month due to the date change.

I'll send you a PM now to assist further.
