Okay, on Nov 1st I got a text saying a prepaid returns pack was being sent, despite my not leaving VM and having nothing to return, so I ignored that.
On Nov 8th I got a text telling me a charge of £155 would be applied to my account if the kit was not returned. I am still with VM and still have nothing to return (and also no return package was sent so I chalked it up to an error)
Yesterday, I received a text message saying a £155 charge had been applied, so I tried to call VM. Oddly, 150 was not working, and I got an automated message asking me to please try again later.
Now, I've checked my own account and the account of my mother, whom I am responsible for, but I do not see any charge currently levied.
Is this just an automated service error or what?
