Hi @And3

Welcome back to the community forums. Sorry to hear of your concern with your channels.

Yes, Mixit and Mix TV are different TV packages that have their own channel list. Mixit TV is the most basic TV package we offer and has less channels available than Mix did.

You would've been notified of a change in your package to what was being removed - in this instance Mix TV and what was being added - Mixit TV. There are no details on the channel difference but you can see these here

I can see that you were in a private message to discuss your renewal with one of my colleagues recently, so if this is regarding the renewal you were discussing then if you've any further questions regarding it, please reach back out to my colleague supporting you and they can assist further should you still need.

Hi @And3

The following page shows the actual differences between Mix TV (column1) and Mixit TV (column2) packages.

I'd be interested to know whether you renewed your contract via an email from Virgin promising "The same great package, at the same great price"?

Hi Gareth yes I would like some help the eighteen month deal I was on ended on 1st September I was sent an email saying renew your contract for an exclusive discount the discount was a further eighteen months at the price that i was paying for the previous eighteen months it doesn't say anywhere in the email that my tv package would alter it also doesn't mention in the pre contract documents that my new TV package would be mixit this appears once the contract has gone through if it had been explained in any of the emails that this would mean a reduction of my TV channels I wouldn't have renewed on these terms so my exclusive discount isn't a discount instead I'm paying the same as the last eighteen months but with less channels and once the eighteen months is up do I get my channels back once the amount go's up right up until my new contract kicked in i was getting emails saying have you claimed your exclusive offer get money off your current package which indicates that the package wouldn't alter but it has I noticed on another thread I'm not the only person this has happened to but they had stated that there deal had been resolved the emails I received are very misleading as they imply that it is just an extension of my previous deal

Thank you for the above And3, I will be more than happy to get you some help and look further into this for you, please look out for a white envelope which in an invite into a private chat, once in I will look further into this for you.
