I submitted an order via the app for a broadband upgrade and received an order confirmation email/no and new contract documents - but the order isn’t showing in my virgin media account?
tried the virtual assistant, WhatsApp and SMS numbers but they just keep sending me in circles amongst themselves?? Can someone help pls?
