Missed property - flat and survey

Hello, 

I was with VM for 2 years until I moved last year when I moved home I found out that the building had VM apart from the 3 flats at the end which I’m in. I tried to call repeatedly and got a site survey that said It should have been installed as there was nothing stopping as there would be no cable needing to be dug under ground as there is pipe from flat to box layed already. 

it has now been over a year since I got this survey and the was told it would be a few months before we would get it installed but even to this day the 3 flats at the end don’t have VM. It’s a shame as all of us 3 flats would be moving over to VM when we are connected we have all registered interest but nothing is been added and I don’t know what to do next to get Virgen Media to our 3 flats
