Just wasted 40 minutes trying to resolve the inability to view bills to no avail. My last bill included a charge for me calling their freephone number ( on my virgin landline ) to renegotiate a new contract. Wouldnt initially conceed but I finally got it refunded by being polite and standing my ground
Now got to wait for up to 5 days for the tech team to resolve the bill viewing issue. Why is there not a tech team to deal with the issue straight away. Used to be easy to deal with Virgin but its over complicated now

I suspect staff reductions and moving to AI Bots to resolve issues don't help. Unfortunately it's the always the people at the bottom take the hit ........
