MY CONTRACT GOT CANCELLED AFTER A MONTH

EDIT: ON THE PHONE NOW SORTING IT. 

I applied for the Volt broadband bundle as they gave me a solid deal which would last 18 months! It has been one month and I'm already being charged £200+ when the discount price was £26.50. 

Obviously as we all know it's pretty impossible to talk to a human so this is my only option as I can't get through to anybody!! However I keep getting sent texts about an overdue bill that I clearly cannot and shouldn't be paying as per the contract I signed
