Loss of TNT sports

Folks help! This morning I renewed my contract for 18 months to try and save cash( I have broadband, TV and phone ) .I looked at what I was getting and it suggested same again. The e mail I have just received says I have TNT sports broadband but TNT sports has been removed from my TV package!!  I have had the sports package for a long time and certainly didn’t ask for this to be removed. What does TNT broadband actually mean.? Is it a different way of viewing the sports channel ?  .I thought renewing on line was supposed to be easier ? Any ideas?

TNT sports has been stripped out of new contracts (and, believe it or not, some existing ones too). If you have proof that it is still part of your new contract then make your case and stick to your guns. If you can post an anonymised screenshot of the relevant bit of the email this might help your case.

Can you post up a screenshot or copy of the document you're looking at?

Maxit, with inclusive TNT Sports, was discontinued for new customers around Sept 2023. All new package migrations since then have been to the replacement TV tier - Mega - which doesn't include TNT Sports.

TNT is now a premium extra in the same way that Sky Sports, Sky Cinema & Premier Sports are.

Post up the email or PDF you've received, for a second opinion. Just blank out anything personal or identifiable.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear your TNT Sports channels have stopped working. As mentioned above, this is no longer included in any of our packages and is taken as an add on so unless selecting to add TNT Sports, the channels will then stop working. 

We can take a closer look at this for you and look to get them added back on but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
