Looking for WS or CH number

Just joined

Hi there, I signed up for Fibre Broadband via Top Cashback in October last year but in order to receive my cash back, I have to provide a WS or CH number to them. This is not on any communications or documentation that I have received from Virgin Media. Please can you help me find this information?

We don't have access to either of these numbers via the forum team, the CH number would have been included in the original email received to advise the order had been received and is being processed. This would be available via our sales team is you call them on 0800 183 1234.
