Hi all
Beena cable customer since the heady days of NTL, but find costs are going up and it is time to break away and go elsewhere. Had city cable down the road now for a while and with that and an alternative TV provider, I can substantially cut costs.
I've already been onto retentions and they still can't not match the price I am going to get with my alternative.
Now I know I have to give 30 days notice, but when can I start that off. I have as of today, exactly 30 days to the end of my contract. Can I give 30 days now to end on the day of my contract, or do I have to wait until I am actually out of contract completely.
Thanks

It may be better to cancel in writing using recorded delivery. That way you have a record should anything go wrong.

Hi Jolley1327
Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.
We're sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving us and that the team were unable to find a price and package you were happy with.
You can give notice to cancel now that's correct.
Have you now scheduled this with the team?
Please pop back to us when you can.
