My mum has an account with you. She has Alzheimer's disease and does not use the internet not watch the TV channels she pays for, only wants the landline. I've a complaint case ongoing but but you keep phoning her and she doesn't remember so is saying No to the changes she asked for. She's paying upwards of £60 a month for these services and they need stopping now.
I have Lasting Power of Attorney and can provide you with the digital code for this. Please can someone contact me to advise best way to register this as I cannot find anything on your website.
