My contract will end in 1 month & I cannot afford to pay more in the Virgin Media contract.
Who else in the Virgin Media's customer retention team can help to negotiate the contract price with me please?
I do not want to leave Virgin Media after being a loyal customer for the past 6 years.

I'm sorry but the forum team are unable to negotiate/process package changes/new deals/cancellations.
The quickest contact method ts by calling either 150 from a VM landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, (options 1,4 and 4 retentions), call around 8am if possible when lines first open and are least busy.
You can also speak to the team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112 but this method can take 4 to 6 hours as phone calls take priority.
You can also try logging into https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media and click on upgrade package. There may be an offer there, and also possibly a link to the online chat messenger service.
