Has anyone else been having a major issue with the reqaqards scheme?
Its gone well past the 3 months for Aklamio to advise that virgin media never referenced the code their end/system when i registered or did what they need to do with it when i gave them the code.
Now aklamio have set the reward up as pending but are still waiting for virgin confirm the reward, starting from the installation (activation) date.
I've tried to speak to someone at virgin and the help has just not been there batting me back to aklamio to say its them and not holding any responsibility but aklamio have done everything they need to.
