Incorrect Billing

Hi

First thanks to VM forum team for arranging power supply recently.

My latest bill has come through and its higher than it was prior to my home move. Just a breakdown that my old VM account had to be 'closed' and a new account opened which meant two different account numbers. I was guaranteed that my contract and monthly price would remain the same.

My old account was £24.85 a month (£16.85 for internet and £8 for stream entertainment).

My new account is £31.35 a month (£23.35 for internet and £8 for stream entertainment).

My first bill since moving house seemed to be correct but there was a lot of adjustments, thus my first 'normal' bill was received today and noticed it was more than it should be. Please can it be corrected?
