Incorrect Bill received

Happy New Year

My current virgin bill is incorrect.

There is an additional amount for £4.80 carried over from the previous bill. However, that bill was incorrect and after speaking with Yogesh on virtual chat, Yogesh removed the spurious £4.80 and I paid the outstanding bill.

This is from the web chat:

Thank you for letting me know the above information, I have check your contract and bill and adjusted your bill, now you have to pay £20 only."

The £4.80 has now reappeared on my new bill and therefore this bill is now incorrect.

Could we please resolve this.
