Placed an order on 31st
Got a virgin email offering £50 cashback AFTER order placed.
Spoke to webchat can't add to the order needs to be a new order, just place a new one and it will supersede the first one.
Placed new order
Get confirmation for both.
1st order gets progressed.
Nothing happens with 2nd order.
Today I finally get them to cancel the first order and am now not getting an install for tomorrow for the 2nd order 'it needs to progress'

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the issue with the order - if the first order has now been cancelled, have you then been able to place a 2nd order and add the cashback offer?

The second order was placed rhe same day.
I called through and spoke to someone today and apparently you now need to send the equipment out, woukd be sat before I would be active so I have cancelled my order.
Didn't appreciate the call 20 minutes later to attempt to hard sell. If its this bad before I have joined it doesn't bode well for the future does it
