I cannot log into my user account to view my bills? Not been able to log in since day one!! I was assured this would be sorted within 2-4 weeks and we are now on MONTH 4 with no joy.

Oh and the last "call" I had was a voicemail telling me they had tried contacting me and were closing the ticket, that was back in June!
