Hello,
Been with Virgin for about 6 years and have moved around with em. I currently have TV, broadband and landline for £55 a month (it was £47)
I now just want the broadband. Rang em yesterday to do this, they kept telling me there's no way of just doing broadband due to "the way the system is built". So I just agreed to the new deal to make it cheaper than the price hike, but there has to be a way surely if just having broadband and making it cheaper?
Anyone know how to do that?

Offshore customer service is more often than not clueless (and often deceitful too).
What you were told is plainly cobblers. Raise a complaint and see if the VM forum team can rectify matters on here.

The offshore sales team are just blocking your request to cancel services.
We have VM Broadband only and we can see that one can order Broadband only from the website if you are a new customer.
Perhaps ask to cancel all services and see if that will waken up the fellow or will result in them hanging up on you.
