Hello I have just changed to a VM social tariff, but I am emailed a message that require me to renew my package, I have not received my first Social Tariff bill, so as I am new can someone help with this? Also when I click on the link in the email it informs me the page cannot be found. So again can someone help please?

Typically the social tariffs are applied for online and we cannot action them, but I would be more than happy to check this has gone live on the account.
