I have a Virgin Media account (TV, Telephone and Broadband) plus 2 Virgin/O2 mobile numbers. I have terminal cancer and wish to transfer the TV, Telephone and Broadband contract to my wife and pay the Direct Debit from her bank account so that nothing changes on my death.
Is this possible and if so how please?
As for the mobile numbers, obviously the Primary number(mine) will not be required on my death but ideally my wife would like to keep her number (the secondary number on my account at the moment), is this possible and if so how please?
