How long for upgrade

Recently upgraded speed from 250 to 500 package. Got email saying roughing 6th Feb for upgrade. Still sitting at 250 on 7th Jan..  current hub 3.0 wifi doesn't work, will I be sent a new hub??

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the upgraded speed.

Although we are not able to change packages on here.
I'd like to take a look at this and chase this up for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.

Ordered a speed upgrade 3rd feb.. when ment I started a new contract.  Got email confirming,  now 13th Feb and still no upgrade, still says processing.  Trying to speak to a person is Impossible.

No private message?? Still no upgrade.

I can see you are currently in PM with my colleague kennymcmilan39.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
