How long does upgrade take

Hi

I signed up to upgrade to volt last week adding a sim and upgrading speed to 1Gb, I got the contract emails last Thursday morning then nothing since,no sim card or nothing,is this normal please,I already have the latest hub so no kit is required. Thanks.

I tried that number the person I spoke to did not understand that I already had an order and tried to fix a fault so I just told them it didnt matter, its now over 2 weeks since I added volt and I still have no sim card and no speed upgrade how can this be so difficult to do?
