My daughter moved to an area which virgin do not supply internet, they told her she would not have to pay anything to terminate her contract, she had to send proof of her new address even though they collected the old box from her at her new address, she sent proof but they say she has not, I have tried sending proof but the emails just bounce back. What is the correct email address for sending proof. Virgin is an absolute joke.
been with virgin for many years but will be leaving once my contract runs out.

Sorry to hear of the issues with the providing proof of new address, that you advise is non-serviceable address.
