 I am absolutely disgusted with the fact that I am to pay over £300 to cancel when I have been made homeless. I have been served a section 21 and offered proof of this to virgin who simply do not care and tell me I have to pay money anyway even though I wouldn’t be cancelling if I wasn’t forced out my home. So now not only am I homeless but also going to end up in debt because I cannot afford these fees that are not my faulr

Can someone please help me with this. I am in the same situation well my disabled son is and asif this is not enough stress I now am being told a cancellation fee must be payed even though I have offered proof of his homelessness. Can someone please help me

Can someone please help me I’m going through the same thing I am so stressed out about it all. This is the most awful thing how can I pay £100s of pounds for something I can’t help

Multi-posting your issue might actually reduce the chances of useful help on here. It looks as if your posts are being merged to this topic.

A flurry of recent topics like this on here just recently suggests that VM is not completely insensitive to this sort of issue. For example

It sounds like you have had the unwelcome experience of the script-reading VM telephone support.

One of the VM forum team should reply here, usually within a few days and will, hopefully, give you some accurate advice in your circumstances.

As with any customer looking to cancel their services during a fixed term contract, Early Disconnections Fee's are applicable but exceptions can be made. From what you have advised this could be one of those instances, to get more details I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you to assist. Check the envelope in the top right of the forum when signed in for the message.
