Hi - apologies if not posted in the right area, wasnt sure.

Moving home and advised Virgin of the same - Virgin is not available in my new area so required to send in proof of new address.  Received an email from home movers team and asked to reply with evidence.

Every time i mail home movers, i get a mail bounced back. 

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
 
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of
its recipients. This is a permanent error.

        SMTP error from remote server for RCPT TO command, host: primary.emea.email.fireeyecloud.com (63.34.218.8) reason: 550 5.1.1 ETP405 Sender Rejected
 
Googled home movers and navigated to https://www.virginmedia.com/help/moving-home and get:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

 

 

Can somebody from Virgin tell me whats going on/if there is an issue an when it is expected ot be resolved please?  Getting through on the phone is impossible and it takes hours to get hold of somebody on chat.

Not an issue local to me - all other emails/sites working fin - inbound and outbound etc.

Hey stmey, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

That is the Correct email you have sent this to, even know you got this message the email should of still went through, if not try again for peace of mind if you wish.

Once you have emailed them you will get a reply in a couple of days. Cheers
