Moved home 2 month ago to an area not covered by VM They re trying to charge me disconnection fee they have no chance of getting that Over 20 yrs with VM and customer service gets worse by the day Was given an email address for a Laure.Graham to contact who is a manager but surprise surprise it won’t go through Anyone have or know of Laure email address. It was spelt out by one of her colleagues to me but it is still wrong

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
OK so the process for the disconnection without fees is this;
You'd book in the disconnection with the fees and we'd send you an automated email. This email you are too reply too with the documentation of the new property. As long as you're not moving abroad, and met the criteria for the disconnection fee waiver, then you'd not be liable for the disconnection fees.
