Help i will be homeless Friday

I have been with virging for many years iv tried numerous times to cancel my virgin. Im losing my home through no fault of my own as landlord is selling the property...They say iv got to pay over £600 cancellation fee, find a house it can't be connected to or let it run into arrears. I will be staying between family and friends no fixed address I'm so worried about all of this.

VM Staff will likely be around soon. They will most probably invite you into a private message session on here.

VM will need some proof which they will tell you about, so prepare any documentation/notices that you may have.

The Virgin Media Community is run by a dedicated team of staff, you can identify a staff member through the following:

  • They have a title under their name as Forum Team, Moderator, or Community Manager
  • They have a Virgin Media logo next to their name like the one below
