I received an email to say my contract is ending and I need to renew. But my current contract doesn't end until December 13th 2024. I then received an email with a new contract which is more than I pay now and a TV package upgrade that I don't wont.
Any idea why this has happened? I don't want an early upgrade and didn't authorise one.

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your contract at the moment. Have you recently been contacted by the team or been in touch to discuss a new deal? Have you consented to the change to go ahead via the documents that were sent over to you?

Thank you for replying. I haven't contacted anyone as I have a contract until December. I had an email on the 3rd August saying my contract is ending soon. Then an email later that day with the heading "pre-contract documents" which contained 2 pdf's with all the details of a new contract and a different TV package that I don't want. I have not seen anything to click on that would verify a new contract
