Gig2 Information in my area

Ive called Virgin (Cant get a fluent speaking English member of staff), the VM website just keeps saying:

Oops!

Looks like something's gone wrong.

We couldn't find the page you're looking for.

So my question is I have these new Fibre to home boxes in my street been here almost a year now but they have had LIVE sprayed on them for a couple of months, problem is i cant get any information on if this is for gig2 or when its available or if its active now, i called customer service and the lady (mentioned at the start said vm do not offer gig2 and it doesnt exist.

Can anyone shed any light on this please??

Sorry to see that you've not had any news regarding 2GB in your area. At this current time it is only available in a few areas. Once we have updates on when this is available in other areas we'll be sure to update our website.
