Furious!! TNT removed from package

Renewed our Maxit TV package and have discovered TNT sport has been removed and is now an add on. This is despite the renewal being clear it was on a like for like basis and the TV package still being called the Maxit package. Have tried to complain multiple times and am going round in circles - utterly infuriating and dreadful customer service!! How can I get this resolved??
