Hi IWANTBLUE,
Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some trouble with the speeds, and changing over your sign in email.
Please let us know if you still need help with the email.
Have you been able to follow the advice from carl_pearce regarding the speeds?

Thanks for coming back to us IWANTBLUE, I have looked into your connection on every system that we have and they are all saying that there are no issues on the system at all. The systems are all showing that the connection is running as it should do. As you're clearly still having issues, are you able to post your BQM graph on this page as the previous link you supplied does not go to your BQM.
Kind Regards,
Steven_L

Your ethernet adapter is running at 10/100 (100Mbps), rather than 1Gbps.

Of course it is.... DOH.... apologies... HOWEVER
it's turned into a bit of a red herring as my phone was capable of reading approx 850mbps on a gigabit hub 5 wirelessly, and here on the 500meg hub3 was getting 21, 18, 18.5 50, 48, I'd started to do the tests more religiously on the old laptop as that had ethernet, to eliminate the wif potential issue, ill grab my sons xps as I'm sure that's gigabit. sorry..
OK, something obviously changed, it's now done three @ 487 and . 478mbps, 506.. on my phone wirelessly I have done two hub resets over the weekend, so maybe something actually worked 👍👍 thanks again Carl for your assistance and persistence !!
