I have cancelled my Virgin but need to extend the date , how can I do this .
Do I have to call , or can this be done online

Hey Lindamac31, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
You would need to cancel the disconnection and then we would re- put this in for the day you want.
How long as you wanting to extend this?
