A technician from Virgin attended my home due to a year long internet issue, he was rude and aggressive so he was asked to leave. He reported me to his superior and my contract with Virgin is being cancelled, disappointing as I've been a customer for 15 years, with no problems, however I accept the decision but would like to extend the termination date given to me, by a month as I'm unable to get a new internet provider until 12 days after my virgin services are cut off. I have written to the department who made this decision but have not received a response back, there is no telephone number available so I'm at a loss as to what to do

On the face of it this sounds like it was six of one and half a dozen of another in terms of behaviour so I would be surprised if there is any largesse from VM re the extention request. I wouldn't call. Maybe let the VM forum team have a look.
