Hi,
My Virgin Media broadband is being disconnected tomorrow (Sunday 28th July), however my new provider now wont be installing until Thursday 1st August. Can I extend my cancellation date to the 1st August?

We will be able to extend the disconnection date for you from here.
First we do need to pass security with you.
If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.
You can also give us a call 0345 454 1111 or 150 from your Virgin Media landline which might be quicker.

I suspect if you extend for those 4 days, you will be billed for a full month up front? Yes, you should get the money back, but most likely by cheque many weeks? Can you not just tether a phone for those few days?
