Existing account at my new property

Settling in

I've now twice ordered online to get broadband and tv. I've chosen an installation date and agreed the pre contract documents.

I then receive an email saying " taken a look at your order and we've noticed that there is already a Virgin Media account at the address you gave us".

I try calling the number on the email, but after spending over an hour speaking to 7 different people, I got nowhere. 

They would speak to me as I'm not the existing account holder. I tried explaining I'm a new tenant from last week, but it's like banging my head against a brick wall.

Help...... Please help...

I would look to advising to speak to the pre install team on 0345 454 1111, they will be able to assist with this.

Just to confirm have you moved in somewhere new recently?
