Hi. So i have cancelled my contract a few weeks ago and today got an email for equipment to return. Which is fine, however it is asking for equipment that i no longer have due to upgrade in package quite some time ago, i want to guess over 4-5 years ago. Specifically 2 items i got when i started my contract nearly 11 years ago ~
I've gone through the chat system, person speaking to me really didn't understand and i got the generic copy and paste answer for the wrong question 😶.
After some time I got him to understand my issue and he said there's no way around it and I would need to pay £85 fee for equipment i don't send back.
This is an issue out of my hands for me as the Engineers who installed my new line/upgraded line a while back took the equipment i didn't need to recycle i presume. So am I'm stuck footing the bill?
