Email 20% discount offer broken link

I’ve been sent an email offering me 20% discount if I renew my contract. However, when I click the link I get the message, “oops! 

Looks like something's gone wrong. We couldn't find the page you're looking for.”

Furthermore, I believed that I had already renewed my contract on 11th October via another email offering me a renewal “for just a little extra a month”. The “little extra” turned out to be over 20% more than my current contract, but I accepted it rather than go through the dreadful stress and hassle of ringing the call centre to renegotiate. 

I called 150 about 5 times but was not able to speak with anyone. I’ve been with VM for over 10 years, so expected a better service than this. I am baffled and frustrated in equal measure.

I'm sorry to hear there has been some trouble accessing an email promotion from us. Can you please try to use a different browser/device, and if things still aren't working, Incognito/Private Mode?
