I’ve been receiving emails for a couple of months to renew early. I renewed online on Wednesday adding extra channels to my package but it still isn’t active. I’ve received an order number and have also received two contracts via email, one with the new channels and one without

If you have done this online, it can take around 10 - 14 working days to become activated, if you have got this confirmation that means it has gone through.

New channels still aren’t active, I’ve received an email today from Netflix to say I’ve been downgraded to standard with ads. I didn’t agree to that, my Netflix should will be the same
