Early Exit Fees Not Waived

Does anyone know how to reach out and open a complaint? I have an early exit fee on my bill which I was assured would be waived as I moved to a non serviceable VM address. 

I’ve reached out to the call center who for some reason only want to refund part of the fee, and not the whole early exit fee on my bill. 

I’ve gone around in circles but we’re not getting anywhere!

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your early disconnection fees. 

Have you been able to provide proof that you are moving to a non-serviceable area? If this has been done, you should be eligible for all the fees to be waived. 

You can raise a complaint using the methods here or we can raise a complaint from here but would need to take some details via a private message. If you wish for us to raise the complaint, please let us know and we can start the private conversation.
