Downgrading Package

AndyMoet
Tuning in

My posts are getting marked as spam for some reason, so I'll keep it short. Impossible to get through to the VM team about this so I'm asking here

Can a member of the virgin team help me please, my package is due for renewal soon and I want to remove some TV channels I never watch and maybe downgrade my internet speed. If this isn't possible then can I talk to somebody about cancelling the contract

Thanks

Andy

Try as close to 08:00am as possible and go via Retentions.  If you just want to cancel, do so via Recorder letter.  No need to speak to anyone, just write in.  You may get a call from Retentions (or not) so it's up to you.

VM Mods do not discuss Contract matters on the Forums, you will need to call VM directly to discuss.  Go via "Thinking of leaving us" option and talk directly with Retentions.  Be prepared to leave if you don't get the offer you think you should.  You can always re-join after 90 days as a "new" Customer with all the discounts.
